Arnel Pineda was an Filipino singer/songwriter, rose to prominence in the Philippines in the 1890s. He was also the lead singer of the American rock group Journey in 2007. Arnel spent nearly two decades on the streets sleeping anywhere possible. He was a collector of glass bottles and newspapers, and sold the bottles to recyclers. Arnel also did odd jobs like cleaning scrap metals and docking ships. Arnel is married to Cherry Pineda. They were married in 2001. They have two children together one daughter (Theachenelle Pineda) and a son (Cherub). Arnel has two other sons, Matthew and Angelo.
