Emma Stone

Emily Jean Stone was born to Krista Jean Stone and Jeffrey Charles Stone in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 6 8th, 1988. She is a homemaker. Jeffrey Charles Stone is the founder and CEO of contracting company, Stone Contracting. She is of Swedish, German & British Isles descent. Stone started acting when she was a kid in Phoenix's Valley Youth Theatre. There she performed her first stage performance in "The Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Grahame. Through her teens, Stone performed in numerous other productions until she decided to make acting her career. As per the official account she was the one who presented a PowerPoint slide show that was sponsored by the Madonna's Hollywood and was dubbed "Project Hollywood" in an attempt to convince her parents to allow her to drop out of school and relocate to Los Angeles. The pitch succeeded and she and her mother relocated to LA after completing her education at home, while she spent working on auditions. She made her TV debut in 2004, when she was given the role as Laurie Partridge on the VH1 talent/reality show In Search of the Partridge Family. The show resulted in a variety of small TV performances in the years to follow. After a string success in the role, her appearance as Olive in Easy A (2010) was her film debut. She attended Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix, Arizona. While she's referred to as a redhead, her natural hair color is blonde. Judd Apatow was the one who suggested she change her hair's color for Superbad (2007). It was so well-received , she chose to stay with. At the age of 15, she persuaded her parents she could go to Hollywood. She made this happen by creating a PowerPoint presentation titled Project Hollywood. When she was 11 years old she started acting in the Valley Youth Theatre, Phoenix, AZ. There, she starred in 16 stage productions as well as in the comedy improv troupe. Caylee Cowan was also an actor at Valley Youth Theatre.
